Mike is not a typical personal trainer. He has extensive knowledge, education and experience, which he uses to tailor individual workouts for each client. His approach allowed me to reach my goal while maintaining safety and health. I am a 75 year old woman. After I recovered from cancer surgery and radiation I realized I needed help. I started working with Michael to build up my strength, balance and flexibility. After spinal surgery I went to Michael again 3 days a week and during the pandemic virtually. Now we're back one on one 3 days a week. Not only is Michael extremely capable he is also very personable and I really enjoy working with him.

I really enjoyed working with Mike not only because he helped my hamstrings and lower back pain but also worked around my very busy schedule. Mike helped give me stretches and exercises to continue after our sessions.
